Well, this bio needed some updating….yet again…

Hi! I’m Sam. I am a 43 year old mother of four with a fifth beautiful baby girl in heaven. I’ve been married to my second ex husband for 3 years now, but we were married the first time for almost 13 years. That’s long story. I’ll share when I have the mental capacity to do so. His name is Christian. He is a nurse.

I had a lot going on 3 years ago with my mental and physical health. I ended up having a partial hysterectomy as well as carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand. Life was extremely difficult for a long time, but I’m truly enjoying where God has me right now.

My passion for writing hasn’t decreased. In fact, it has grown even stronger. My goal is still to become a published author someday and to hopefully become a public speaker. I want to spread the gospel and bring others to Jesus Christ through my testimony.

I’ve been on a healing journey, both mentally and physically for the last two years, and have lost over 40 pounds. I’m still working on losing another 20, but I’ve admittedly slacked off. Thankfully, I haven’t gained any weight during this slacking season. I’m learning how to give myself grace when I need it, and patience which I have always been in short supply of.

I’d love for you to come along with me as I work through all of the things in my life both past and present. God will lead the way, and I will humbly follow.

Hello, I’m Sam. I’m a 36 year old mother of four with a fifth beautiful baby girl in heaven. I’ve been married for almost eleven years to my husband Christian who spends his nights saving lives. For the past several years I have been a stay at home mom, but that will soon change as I have taken on a full time position. I’ve really enjoyed being home with my children, but I feel that it’s time for me to spread my wings and see what God has planned. My true passion is writing and someday I hope to be a published author. Until then, I’m taking one day at a time and following wherever God leads.
